Song missing - Facepalm Mute by Periphery

Track #3: Facepalm Mute by Periphery in the album Periphery II is missing from Spotify. Every other song on the album is there. Is this an error or is there a weird licence problem or something? It would be nice if  it was available.

I did a quick look up for that single track off of the original release, seems that track for some reason is only available to U.S. listeners at the moment. Not sure why, but that is the only listening region returns I can find for that track.
