Song not working on my iPhone

My Question or Issue

Song Chabo by Guzior, Favst and Vito Bambino doesn’t work on my iPhone. My friends can listen to it without any trouble. I am not sure why. I tried to reinstall the app. Could use some help. The song is not greyed out as other not available for me. Just the song when clicked does not play and the player controls disappear.

We'd like to gather as much info as possible.  Just to confirm, is this happening just with this song or is there any other song which you can’t listen to? Perhaps you accidentally blocked this artist on your mobile phone app.

To check if this is the case, go to this artist profile in the mobile device app and then, select the three dot menu. If the artist's content is blocked, you'll see the option "Allow to play this". Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

If this doesn't do the trick, (and since you mentioned your friends can play this content), can you create a free test account on your side and let us know if you can play the music there?
