Thanks for reaching out on the Community! We'd love to help, we just need some more info.

Are you receiving any specific error messages when you're trying to play an album? Does this happen on all devices you use Spotify on, or just with a specific device?

Also, does it only happen with a certain album? If so, it would also be helpful if you could send us a link to the album in question.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Hi,
The issue is with the album EASTERN WIND from CHRIS THE BURG.
We can see all the songs from the album but we can only play the first song
intituled THE TRAVELER. I’ve tried on my IPhone and my IPad but same
result.

Could you log out > log back in twice in a row on both devices? This sounds a bit strange, but can help re-sync your account and device(s). 

 

If the same thing continues to happen, it'd be great if you could try playing the songs in the album on your devices, but from another Spotify account if that's possible (a relative's or a friend's account for example).
