Songs saved in the library don't appear on all my devices.

I have a problem. I use Spotify mostly on my smartphone but when i'm working on my PC i preffer to use the Desktop App. So the problem is that when i use it on my smarthphone i have all the songs that i saved before and can still save more BUT when i use the Desktop App the songs that i have saved while using the smatphone app don't appear it only shows the songs that i have saved while using the PC.

So what can i do to have all my songs in all my devices?

Go to settings>playback>offline.
In both the phone and desktop switch to "offline mode" for a good 5 min maybe 10.  Lastly switch back to "online" and it should sync them up!
