I would like to be able to play my music outloud but there are certain ads I don't want myself and much the less others to hear when playing my music. Is there anyway to block these ads from coming back?

Unfortunately there is no way to choose which ads pop up and which don't. However, you can opt out of the collection and use of your information to tailor ads to you here: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/ads/

Hello, I suggest that you get a premium suscription to avoid all kind of Ads from playing
you most likely need Spotify premium. But on PC you can click the play button on each song instead of pressing the skip button and it won't play ads.

That is possible if you upgrade to Spotify Premium. It will remove all ads so you can listen to any music without any interruption.
