Spotify error?

I found artist profile that containing two different artists ( https://play.spotify.com/artist/3NQRIqPwnKZJ4KLKGSkl2Y )
Is it standard or some kind of error?

They both name the same but they are different artists. Shouldn't they be separated?

Hi again,
well I did what was said in the post but nothing happen yet. Two artists are still mix together. I will accept solution when it will be solved;)
