This year's summer rewind is weirdly inaccurate?

I was a huge fan of the Summer Rewind playlist from 2017. Today (I assume), the playlist was updated with new, supposedly personalized summer songs. The content is weirdly composed in my case though, containing a lot of songs that I have never listened to, let alone during the summer. Some of the other songs I have listened to maybe once or twice, and the ones that I do know fairly well are from the same two or three albums/artists (I haven't listened *that* intensely to their music). 

Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't experienced an off-brand of music but I was pretty uninterested in hearing songs that I played the s*** out of last summer lol
