If a playlister adds a track from outside Spotify, do we need to use a distributor to fully publish the artist's information?

Hey! Welcome to our community! To add a new song to a playlist on Spotify, it needs to be published on Spotify. And yes, to publish a new song on Spotify you need the help of a diatributor and/or aggregator.
