My Question or Issue

Hi Guys, having this issue on and off for a few weeks now. Start listening and a little while in Spotify will play two tracks at a time ( track bar at the bottom will only show first song, and not second with time bar full) and then not play any songs further.

I can skip ahead (have to do this twice, or it will simply play the last song listened to) but then will play two tracks again and do the same as the above. 

This is extremely annoying, anyone else experiencing this and have a solution?

This behavior sounds odd and in this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Would you mind sharing a bit more details with us? Does the app play two songs and then stops playback completely? Or it stops playback for a specific time only? Is this happening with the same songs? Are these songs from Spotify curated playlist or from your own playlist?
 

On another note, would you mind posting a quick video of your experience? This way we can get a clear idea of how things look on your end. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. If the attachment is too big - we'd suggest that you upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Thanks for your response. The app stops playback completely - does no resume and from all playlists, but the duration of the song keeps going. eg: a 3:25 song will show that it has been playing for 45:09.
I have hopped onto another thread as this seems to be a bug known to the Spotify technical team. When it will be resolved; who knows... as I once again sit in silence after two songs. 

This only happens when casting to me Sonos system at work.
