Unable to edit playlist song order

I have over 30 playlists (I/m a music nerd) and I created a new one last week which I have slowly been working on. Everything was going fine till late yesterday. For some reason, I am no longer able to move/reorder the songs in the playlist. I am still able to reorganize and change the order of the songs in my other playlists - just not in the new one. What gives?
