I just always found it strange that Spotify has every other Radiohead album except for In Rainbows. I would assume that if the artist didn't want their music on Spotify, they wouldn't let them have any of it. It's strange to me that only one album is missing. Radiohead's most recent release is on Spotify too, so it's not like they don't want anything that happened after Hail to the Thief to be on there. Weird.
Yeah, what is happening here? nobody even answered that. We really need In Rainbows on spotify. Radiohead in 320 kpb is one of the reasons I bought spotify premium. Somebody need to fix this weird thing. I know, that T. Yorke is so pissed about spotify and so on, but if you upload everything but the "In Rainbows" - it's just teasing. But I guess that's a taste thing.
Hey @tessak15,
The artist or label are responsible for the content they put on Spotify.
Maybe the album 'In Rainbows' is owned by another label, who doesn't want the album on Spotify / streaming services in general, or the album is exclusive at another services etc.
You can try to contact Radiohead or the label, and tell them you really want this album on Spotify !

Hello there and welcome to the community,
"In Rainbows" is a particular album of Radiohead. After the band left the label EMI, this album was self-released on October 2007 as a Pay-What-You-Want-Download , followed by a retail CD release in most countries in the last week of 2007 and in January 2008 in USA.
Radiohead, owner of the rights, never allowed this album to be in streaming. Maybe, if the band changes its mind, it will be available one day.
Note :
Availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists (or representatives) and / or their labels. Music missing can be a decision of one of them.
Music missing can also be related to a licensing problem. Licensing rules are not the same from a country to another. That can lead to have albums available in some countries and not in some others. Usually when a licensing problem is solved the music can be added or come back if it has been removed.
Spotify wants all the music in the world to stream and works hard daily to try to convince artists and labels to let all their catalog in streaming.
Hey there you, Yeah, you! 😁 Welcome - we're glad you joined the Spotify Community! While you here, let's have a fun game and get…
