Why Duologue has two different artist pages on Spotify?

Hello all,

I just discovered Duologue thanks to a Skins episode I just watched. Their song "Talk Shop" was played at the end of the episode and I just searched for the band on Spotify, realizing that they have two different artist pages on Spotify with different albums/songs. Is this an error or something done on purpose by the artist. Any ideas?
