Why are some songs not available

How can it be that only some songs from an artist is available in your country but the others are grayed out?? I just thought it was odd that you can listen to almost the entire album but a few songs is left out

Hey! 

This could down to specific licensing agreements for example, depending on the time of the release they may have changed their distributor who has specific terms or the artists can create specific requests for individual songs or albums to be limited to where they can play.

Unfortunately, this is something that Spotify doesn't have control over as it is up to the individual music companies
