Wrong top genre 2021 wrapped

My Question or Issue

My top genre on 2021 wrapped is totally off. I do listen to it, but rarely. Also my second top genre is a genre i barely listen to. The genres after the top two are correct. Would be great to get it correct next year. It is fun to share wrapped with friends, but when it shows that my top genres are Norwegian pop and pop rap i wont do that.

We're sorry to hear that you feel the results are not accurate. We'll make sure to pass the feedback to the teams in charge, but take into account that it's not possible to change the results as they're final.

However, we'd like you to send us a screenshot of what you're seeing, along with your phone's make, model and OS version, as well as the app version you're running. This way we can have them handy in case we receive similar reports.

Same thing happened to me. And two people I talked about this issue. Past years were pretty accurate, but current is disappointing.
