How frequently does Spotify pull lyrics from Musixmatch?

I'm an artist and editor on Musixmatch, and I've recently been going through and overhauling some woefully inaccurate/inadequate lyrics for one of my favorite bands, sElf, starting with their 1995 album Subliminal Plastic Motives.

I've noticed that, even though it's been several days (maybe even a week?) since I first submitted corrections, I haven't seen any changes reflected in the associated lyrics on Spotify. How frequently does Spotify pull lyric updates from Musixmatch? Is there a way to trigger/request that a particular work be updated?
