spotify changes to a random song that is not liked or in any playlist in the middle of a song i actually have liked at random points in time, I have removed third party access, changed passwords and logged off of all devices, but nothing has worked.

It sounds like you're seeing a current Ongoing Issue where users cannot play songs outside of their Liked Songs or playlists.
