listening to my favorite podcast

My Question or Issue: I switched to family premium last night. Now I can't listen to my favorite podcast: We Can Do Hard Things It won't come up on my phone or laptop. Well it looks like it is there but plays nothing. Have turned devices off. I can listen to my music and other podcasts, just not this one. Both new and older content are not working at all. HELP!

Sorry to see this has been happening to you!

We tested this on our end and the podcast plays without any issues.
Could you clear your cached data, restart the app, press play, wait a few seconds and see it the podcast plays?
If it still doesn't, we'd appreciate a link to the specific episode you've tested this with and, if possible, a link to a video recording to see how things look on your end.
