Hey @roamingseer

 

I suggest you check if it still sounds like that when you listen to it through the web player.

 

If it sounds ok there, then you should try reinstalling your Spotify client. Here's the guide on how to.

Sebasty de Claude, I found out the web player doesn't work with Safari browser, but using Chrome on MacOS, the problem persists. Thank you for the suggestion!

I spent a lot of time looking for this. Spotify should make this clearer in the menus with something like technical issues. I selected that it solved my problem, but of course it hasn't- the tracks are still broken for about a month now since I contacted them, once by phone and then via the web. I'm really thinking about trying Apple Music. Thank you again.
