If you get that error message the song may have indeed been removed in your region. This happens due to licensing issues sometimes. Can you let us know which country your account is set to, so we can doublecheck that.

We checked and it seems that the explicit version of the songs has been removed in the US region. 

Sometimes certain tracks or albums get taken down from the platform, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

We add new content to Spotify every day, so if you can’t find something you’re looking for right now, it may reappear soon. Usually songs from major artists like Eminem get updated fairly quickly, however we don't have any official info when or if the explicit version would be made available for streaming again.
