My Question or Issue

I have tried so many things that i saw on other topics, on reddit, spotify community, microsoft answers, youtube. I am trying to open the app on my work, so i can't manipulate nothing on my network. On my phone i have no problem to open spotify, web app works fine, also i can use web app to listen music, desktop app for windows works fine, but in kubuntu i am having this issue. Login on microsoft edge and firefox works, but when i came back to the app, the error message is showed.
