Local Area Network Bug

I live in campus housing at a university and was just able to select my friend's PS4 to play music from even though I was not logged into his account / he was not logged into mine.  Additionally, I have to option to play from another PS4, and a few other computers that seem to be on my LAN.  This is honestly kind of creepy and should likely be addressed ASAP.

The attached picture shows

 - My phone on top (cut out on purspose slightly)

 - My friend's PS4

 - Another PS4

 - My laptop

 - My desktop

Maybe this a bug only with the PS4 client?
