No support for wifi sync of local files to phones

Solved!

No support for wifi sync of local files to phones

I bought a linux laptop in part because supposedly there was a full linux spotify client.

However there appears to be absolutely no support for wifi syncing local files (on the linux computer) to my phone (iPhone). I search prior threads from people with the same problem and it's clear there is no solution.

All this worked fine on my old mac. I should have just replaced it with a new Mac.

Spotify - stop false advertising this crippled linux client. It's terrible.

I'm on Fedora with the snap by the way.

Nevermind!! It works!!!! Go linux! Go spotify!

I think it's the usual wifi sync flakiness I know and love from Mac. I did sit there for about an hour and it didnt seem to transfer. But half transferred and showed up later and it just got the other half to work after force quitting the ios app and booting up the linux laptop.
