PgUp / PgDown / Home / End keys don't work while dragging a song in a playlist

My Question or Issue

I want to reorder the songs in my playlist. I'm currently doing this by click-and-hold on a song and dragging it to where I want it to go. This takes a very long time since there are many songs to scroll by to get the the correct position, the scroll speed is very slow, and the scroll speed doesn't scale (much?) when moving the mouse cursor farther beyond the playlist top or bottom edge . It would help we if I could hit / hold PgUp / PgDown / Home / End to quickly scroll up or down, or got to the top or bottom.

Is there some other trick for quickly reordering a song I haven't discovered?
