Snap package broken

The last update of the Spotify snap package fails to install with the following error message:

error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Run configure hook of "spotify" snap if present (run hook "configure": /snap/spotify/81/snap/command-chain/hooks-configure-desktop: line 34: cannot create temp file for here-document: No such file or directory)

Snap info gives:

Interestingly enough after several attempts the snap installed correctly today... seems to be exactly the same version?

I ran into this exact same problem a while ago, IIRC I fixed it with a reinstall as suggested.

Today, I ran into the same problem again, which was fixed by a reinstall. I forgot to check what version I was running, but I think my snaps autoupdate, so probably the latest. After the last reinstall, I'm on 1.2.52.442.g01893f92 (latest/stable).
