Spotify Premium playback on Ubuntu - Android app as remote will start playing on cellphone after **bleep**

My Question or Issue

As I am having quite a big audio system, hooked over USB audio interface to my ubuntu computer, I like to use the android cellphone app as remote control.

I can change songs, stop and resume play. But when I press STOP on the phone appo and keep the playback stopped for several minutes (e. g. receiving a phone call), Spotify will then resume to play over the crappy cellphone speakers. I need to go to the computer every time and tell Spotify there that it is the playing device. That is annoying. How to resolve? Please help - Thank You!
