Tuning into a radio station interrupts ads, bug?

This may not be an issue with spotify but more of an exploit if you want to skip ads, anyway:

While an ad is playing you can simply skip that ad as well as any consecutive ad by tuning into one of the personal radio stations.

So for someone who really hates listening to ads, the following flow chart may be representative:

1) Listening to music

2) Song ends, ad starts playing

3) Kill ad by start playing any radio station (except, if applicable, the one you we're listening to in (1)

4) Continue listening to music, from the station you picked or by selecting any other song/album/playlist.

I'm using the linux client, haven't tried if the same behaviour is on any other OS.
