Unable to rearrange songs within a playlist

I use a chromebook.....have for over a year....about a month ago I noticed I was unable to rearrange songs within a playlist...I used to be able to add songs as I find them then rearrange in the order I want by dragging.....now I'm unable to do so....I can't even add songs to a playlist by dragging....I have to click on 3 dots, choose add to...then th playlist....It's so frustrating! Why all of a sudden am I not able to do so...I have Spotify Premium.

It resolved after I Uninstaller and reinstalled spotify and signed back in.

Hi @LeishaLBahr,

 

First of all - Is the playlist sorted at all (ie. by clicking one of the column headers, like 'Artist' etc.)?

Clicking these headers will arrange the tracks like so: Ascending > Descending > Unsorted

When sorted, you can't drag the tracks about. Does that help at all?

Right. Please try a clean reinstall and let's see if the issue persists.

No option for chromebook. I did uninstall the app on my computer and reinstalled and no luck!

I am on a Windows computer and have the same issue as above. Not able to highlight headers or rearrange songs in my playlists.
