Will the new spotify experience roll out to Linux desktop client?

Solved!

Will the new spotify experience roll out to Linux desktop client?

Hi!

Will the new Spotify experience be rolled out to snapcraft and to the Ubuntu/Debian repo sometime in the future?

Just wondering as it's not mentioned at the bottom of the blog post and hoping that you will continue to prioritize your Linux users 🖤🐧

Thanks for a great product!

Regards,
Marius.

Hey @internettum

Yes, the new UI will be enabled on your account in the coming weeks. 🙂
Once it's enabled, you'll see the new interface on next startup of Spotify.

Have a nice day!

It rolled out for linux yesterday....
Make sure you have the latest ppa and spotify installed

I'm using snapcraft as source. It seems like it's updated with the newest version (1.1.55.498.gf9a83c60, released march 22), but I've not gotten the updated design yet. But sounds like Linux is still being prioritized then, that's awesome!
