[linux, desktop] UI bug -Ctrl-f playlist search is selectively broken

Playlists can be searched with ctrl-f (fig 1). However, this search now yields incorrect results (fig 2, 3) specifically when the playlist is opened by clicking on the album cover of the currently playing track (fig 4). When visiting the playlist by clicking the playlist name in the playlist listing (fig 5), the search works correctly.
