will downloading my data say when i first listened to a certain song?

so im trying to find out when i listened to a certain song(or band technically), will downloading my data tell me that? i started listening to the band/song about(?) a year ago i believe, if that helps anything.

Yes, downloading your data contains your listening history and that does have the answer to your question. In fact, last.fm users who care a lot about this sort of things ask for the full history from Spotify so they can import it on their last.fm account.

You just have to be clear that you want the full listening history and not just the last year of it.
