Ads Freezing

My Question or Issue

 The ads that are being displayed freeze. It freezes the entire app and it doesn't UNfreeze on its own. I have to either click pause/play (sometimes repeatedly), or sometimes I have to force-quit Spotify, or at times I even have to restart my device. Whatismore, it is the vast majority of ads do this. This has been happening for quite some time and is not a result of any recent update. Is anyone else experiencing this glitch? (BTW, on my iPhone6, the ads work and don't freeze, same account)

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

I have the same problem. Sometimes when ads are supposed to play, they don't and I am not able to listen to the ad or the next song only if I log out or If I quit the app and open it again. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and still happens
