[BUG] Zoom state on Mac Client

[BUG] Zoom state on Mac Client

The zoom state in the Mac Client causes content to get lost.

Much of the UI goes off the page when zooming in, and when

zooming back out, the content re-centers in the wrong way, often hiding UI like the search by scrolled out of the view window.

The mac auto-zooms in many monitor configurations, which can cause important UI elements like the search bar and navigation links.

The solution is to revise the content anchoring and re-flow so that content reflows regardless of zoom level or window size.
