Hi,

 

i wrote to times to the Support (#02114871 and  #02114880) and i recieved no answer. I'm waiting since 10 days.

 

Unfortunately, I can no longer log in to Spotify. Neither with the Mac-Program, even through the browser, or on my android mobile. I get on the Mac-Program (via Facebook Log in) the error message:

Spotify desktop client communication failed.


If i'm login through the browser via Facebook, the wheel turns and turns and nothing happens. If I try to reset my password, i get the hint:

 

You're trying apparently to sign in with your credentials from Facebook in Spotify . If you want to change your Facebook password , the settings page under call on facebook.com.

 

I do not want to change my password, I try to log in. I'm premium User.

Please help me!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with logging in.
Did you reply back to the automated e-mail (the mail which redirects you to the community)? If not, please reply to that mail (even when it says no-reply) so an Spotify employee can get back to you as soon as possible.
