Build 1.01.1060.gc75ebdfd queue does not refresh properly and is unresponsive

I recently installed Mac Desktop build 1.01.1060.gc75ebdfd and after I found the new location of the Queue (it took a little while), I was dismayed to find that the play queue is now extremely unresponsive. Many times when attempting to move an item (or several items) in the queue the changes to the list are not reflected until I have navigated away from the queue then come back to it. In short, it appears the queue does not refresh properly.

In addition, the desktop app used to support grabbing and holding several items then scrolling up or down with the mouse to drop them. This no longer works. Now the only way to scroll is to move the mouse pointer to the top or bottom of the list, which is much less precise and much more annoying.

I see the same on build 1.0.6.80.g2a801a53 on Windows.

It seems everything you do in terms of changing the list (adding, removing or sorting) is registered but the list is self is not updated until the currently playing song is complete or you skip to next item on the list.
