Songs uploaded to Spotify cannot be downloaded or streamed outside of the app as the playback data is required to pay artists. Note that making unauthorized copies playable outside of Spotify is not allowed and may result in account restrictions.

Hi there!
Unfortunately, no. The content you download for offline listening is stored in such a way that it can only be accessed by the Spotify app itself. Still, you can use an AUX-cable to connect your phone to your truck's head unit (or use Bluetooth, if your head unit supports it) and enjoy your music through Spotify without having to burn anything on a CD.
Hope this clears things up. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.
Cheers!
Are you allowed to burn Spotify music files to a blank CD? It can be done, but is it legal?
