D'banj - Oliver corrupt track

I dont know if this is just for me or for everyone, but I cant play the tune Oliver by D'banj, not on my phone nor my desktop computer. On the phone, it just stays on 00:01 for a couple of seconds and then jumps to next track, on the desktop it just doesnt play. 

The file must be corrupt somehow?

About once a day, I get a track that will not play.  Then days later those tracks will play.  I would guess that the cause is that the "licensing agents" are tardy in renewing the "licensing agreements" with Spotify.

Just a guess.
