Discover weekly not updating

Hi,

 

My discover weekly playlist has not updated since 7th March. As a premium subscriber I use this playlist the most and would like to get this issues resolved.

 

Any help fixing this issue would be appreciated.

I have confirmation from the staff  that your DW will be updated soon. : )

Welcome to Spotify Community!

 

Can you confirm if:

 

    • You are following your Discover Weekly playlist. You can log into your account on a desktop computer > go to Browse > Discover, and make sure you are following the Discover Weekly playlist. 

 

    • Were you streaming music recently? ( streams from the DW playlist don't count towards your recommendations )

 

    • Do you regularly listen with Private Session?

Yes I am following the playlist.

 

Yes I have been playing lots of music (none from the DW playlist because it has not updated in a month)

 

No I never use private session.

Hi others with this Discover Weekly issue.

 

I managed to get mine to update by accessing it off one of my other devices (I use the same account on all my devices). It's not a proper fix but it has updated at last.

 

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could contact Spotify directly and get someone to solve our problems in a timely manner? Very poor service in my opinion.

I tried the same thing but didn't get the same result.  I get the same result across all devices.
