Freezing up during commercials using Macbook free version.

My Question or Issue

I listen through my Macbook, current on all software.  It sees my TV/ROKU which is hooked to my stereo as a device, so I listen to in through the stereo.  It's been working fine for months but now when it goes to a commercial it freezes up.

I've logged out and logged back in on both the ROKU and the Macbook and it has not fixed it.  Very frustrating.  Please help if you can.

First up and just to make sure we understand the situation, does this happen only when listening on your Roku device? Or does it also happen when listening directly on your MacBook?

In this case, go to your Account Overview page and Sign out everywhere. Additionally, remove access to all the apps you've connected to your account from here. You can easily reconnect your apps anytime. Once done, log back in and check if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't work, would you mind sending us a video recording of this behavior? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.
