Friends can't see my activity

Hi!

It's come to my attention that my friends can't see what I'm listening to on Spotify (in real time). They can see my recently played artists and public playlists, but what I'm listening to does not show up in their Friends Feed. I've enabled "Publish my activity on Spotify" and am not in a "Private Session". Anyone know what the problem may be?
