How to filter a playlist on Mac?

I love many of the playlists that Spotify and others make. And they update them which is even better. I also love Artist Radio and many other ways to get a great music selection. 

However, occasionally I hear songs and artists that I don't like and so want to tell Spotify to never play these artists for me.

I can tell spotify that I like something - and that helps improve future selections, but how do I tell Spotify not to play a track or artist?
