I can't ear music with my account in my mac

Hi,

I cant hear music in my destkop (mac). I try to play music and only hear 2 seconds and then appear (impossible reproduce this song). I can hear music with other account and my iphone but i cant reproduce music in my destkop.

Are you an free user? If yes, please go to Edit -> Preferences and make sure 'High quality streaming' is unchecked. High quality streaming is only available for premium users, but due to a bug it was available for everyone temporarily.
