My Question or Issue :

 

"available offline". is indicated beside the album and tracks...  

 

However if I do go offline,  

 

the Tracks , Album are quoted as " Not available off line" 

 

e.g.

then turn off wifi,  and go back to albums,  select the same album

this is for all my albums...

 

(I left iTunes because os similar sh!t.  ....).  

 

very annoying!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this. 

 

We tried this on our end and we could replicate it. 

 

No worries, you can still listen to those songs without any problem, you just need to make sure to add the songs to a playlist and they will play from there while offline (as long as the songs are already downloaded).

 

We'd also recommend you share your thoughts on the desktop app in this Feedback thread. It is being closely monitored and all user feedback is passed on straight to the developer team in charge. Real user experience is valuable in order to make the app more easy to use in future updates.
