Internetproblems whenever Spotify is installed

Hello everybody,

I am a little lost with my problem and I hope that maybe someone here can help me 🙂

So, whenever I instally Spotify on my Mac Book Air my Internet isn't working anymore after a couple of seconds, eventhough I have a connection. In other words: I have a connection to the internet but I cant load any pages, listen to any songs on spotify or do whatever requires internet. I have to deactive and active the wlan again... then it will work for a short period, until it loses the connection again. As soon as I delete Spotify from my Mac the internet works perfectly fine again without any errors. 

What is weird is, that I don't have this problem at work, I always have internet there. So I thought maybe my router is the problem, but all other devices (no matter if ios, android or windows) work perfectly fine and they all have spotify on it. So I thought maybe the IOS version/ computer is the problem, however, I swapt my mac book air (newest ios) with another one from my work (not the newest ios version) and I still have the same problem. Also other Macs work perfectly fine. I dont know if the problem is spotify, my router or my mac? 

I am totally clueless what I can do to fix this problem- does anyone have an idea maybe? I've been using Spotify for years and its really annoying to always use the webplayer. Also I think, this can't be the perfect solution! There must be another one!
