My Question or Issue

I recently updated the Macbook and noticed Spotify looked different and local files is no longer showing. In settings, there are no option to turn local files back on and the words on the app show up abnormal (picture shown). I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Spotify but did not work. Does anyone know how to solve this?
