Lyrics not showing on Mac

My Question or Issue

Until recently I was using the lyrics feature without any problem both on my mobile device and desktop app. However, for the last 3-4 days the microphone button that directs me to lyrics page has gone. Is this a controlled operation or am I having an issue?

If you were already able to see song's lyrics but they have disappeared, there are some things we can check here.

To start, please make sure you haven't activated the Offline Mode on your devices. If it isn't active, try opening this song and check if you're able to see the lyrics there:

We'd like you to keep in mind the availability of lyrics depends on the provider. This is why some songs' lyrics may not be available in some regions.

From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Music > Preferences. Go to the General tab and select Sync Library to turn it on. If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you won't see an option to turn on Sync Library
