Mac Playlist Bug

I have discovered a bug when adding songs to a playlist on my Mac. I have found this issue to be the same on both a 2015 Retina Macbook Pro and a 2017 Macbook Pro with High Sierra OS.

When dragging a song to add it to a playlist, only some playlists become "highlighted" and allow me to add the song. If I want to add a song to a playlist and it won't allow me, I can temporarily fix this by opening said playlist and then go "back". At this point I will be able to add the song to that one playlist, but still not all playlists.
