[Mac] Spotify freezes (spinning ball)

After opening Spotify and moved 2/3 songs to a playlist, the whole app just freezes.

Some times you don't need to move songs into playlists.

The app can freeze after login (displaying the normal app)

There does appear to some reports of the application crashing on Mac, originally reported over on this topic. 

Are you connecting via a proxy at all?
