MacOS App Asks for Permissions Every Time It Is Run

I have clicked Don't Allow on this dozens of times. Why is this designed to coerce and erode away my choice. I DO NOT WANT to allow this permission. That is LITERALLY WHY it is locked behind a permission in MacOS. So WHY do I need to enforce this boundary every time I open the app. It is so unbelievably disprespectful.

Have you always gotten that pop-up? Or did it start showing up recently? And just to avoid repeating steps, have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

If you haven't, we'd recommend making sure your app is up-to-date. You can also try going to the app's settings > Storage > Clear cache. Then restart your device and try opening the app a couple of times to check if that helps.

Additionally, open Spotify and go to Settings > Startup and window behaviour and make sure "Open Spotify automatically after you log into the computer" is set to "No".

Lastly, let us know your device's OS and Spotify version you have installed.
