Mixed artists problem (but still not resolved by Spotify)

Hi Everyone,

I have the mixed artists problem, where my recent EP (spotify:album:61F4JjDk1fO37AnRNsbs4P) has been mixed with work by another artist with the same name. I have contacted Spotify three weeks ago using the contact form, and also my distributor did so at that time (and I just sent another request via the contact form). But the pages are still mixed. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? Thanks for your help!

Hey @nerds_feather

The artist services at Spotify get tons and tons of emails. They have a very hard time keeping up with the demand so it can take a little bit longer sometimes for problems to be fixed.

Have you tried filling out this form?
