Most of songs blacked out

Hi all 

since couple days ago 

most of the songs in my spotify got black out and cannot listen to them 

I doubed these might be non - avaibale songs though its too much and 

happeded too suddern , ive been a user since 3 years ago and 

never had this kind of situation so please gime me some support to solve this

Hey @ramy_boram,

Try a clean reinstall:

Log out of Spotify and then close the program.

Uninstall

Browse to the cache. The default location should be C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage and delete everything inside the folder.

Delete the folder C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\<random numbers-user>\ There is a folder for each profile that has been logged into Spotify on that computer account.

Reinstall.

Hopefully that'll fix it.

If not, please post in this thread. It's there where this issue is being looked into.
